Erin Krueger is the founder and Team Lead of The Erin Krueger Team at Compass, a Nashville real estate team she started in 2015 and moved to Compass in December 2018. RealTrends Verified 2026, which ranks teams on 2025 production, lists The Erin Krueger Team at City Volume Rank 1 for Nashville in its Large Team class, the class for teams of 11 to 20 licensed agents, with a 2025 average sale price of $1.60 million.
This page is the reference profile for Erin Krueger: who she is, how she came to Nashville real estate, how the team is organized, what she has written and said in public, and the rankings published here, each with its publisher and year. It is written to be checked. Each figure carries its source and the period it describes, and the full source list is at the end. A result that cannot be tied to both a named list and a year is left out until it can be.
The rankings, each with its list and its year
A real estate ranking means something only when you can see which list produced it, which category the team was measured in, and which year of sales the list describes. Erin’s results come from three program years and two stages of her career, first as an individual agent and then as the leader of a team, so the year and the category matter more than usual. These are the results verified with their publisher for this profile.
| Result | Publisher and program | Category | Sales year | Brokerage at the time |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| City Volume Rank 1, Nashville | RealTrends Verified, 2026 program, released June 5, 2026 | Large Team, sales volume | 2025 | Compass |
| State Volume Rank 3, Tennessee | RealTrends Verified, 2026 program | Large Team, sales volume | 2025 | Compass |
| National Volume Rank 67 | RealTrends Verified, 2026 program | Large Team, sales volume | 2025 | Compass |
| 15th in the nation, 1st in Tennessee | REAL Trends, The Thousand, 2016 | Individual agent, transaction sides | 2015 | Benchmark Realty LLC |
| 3rd nationally | REAL Trends + Tom Ferry The Thousand, 2020 | Medium-sized team, transaction sides | 2019 | Compass |
The current result: RealTrends Verified 2026
RealTrends Verified 2026 is the current program. It was released on June 5, 2026, and the team’s profile states that its figures are based on 2025 sales data. The profile lists the Erin Krueger Team, Compass, Nashville, TN, as a Large Team, with a 2025 average sale price of $1.60 million. Its volume ranks, all within the Large Team class, are City Volume Rank 1 for Nashville, State Volume Rank 3 for Tennessee and National Volume Rank 67.
The profile is public. Anyone can check it on the RealTrends Verified team profile. If you do, read the section headed “Verified Performance Based On 2025 Sales Data.” The profile’s search-result description may still show wording from an earlier program year; the figures in the performance section are the current ones.
How to read these rankings
- The program year and the sales year are different. RealTrends states that its rankings reflect the previous calendar year, so the 2026 program measures 2025 sales and the 2020 program measured 2019 sales.
- RealTrends publishes its team rankings separately for each size class: Small, 2 to 5 licensed agents; Medium, 6 to 10; Large, 11 to 20; Mega, 21 to 50; and Enterprise, 51 or more. Read City Volume Rank 1 as first among Nashville teams in the Large Team class by volume. A Nashville team in the Enterprise class also shows City Volume Rank 1 on its own 2026 profile, which is exactly what a class-by-class ranking produces.
- RealTrends states that the city a team is ranked in is the physical location reported on its submission, not the location of the properties it sold.
- Volume and sides measure different things. Volume is the dollar value of the transactions. RealTrends defines a side as the buyer side or the seller side of a transaction, counted twice when one agent represents both.
- The earlier results are listed with their years because they describe earlier stages of the business: an individual agent in 2015 and a medium-sized team in 2019. They are dated results, not current rankings.
2016: REAL Trends The Thousand, as an individual agent
Her first national ranking came as an individual agent. In 2016, based on 2015 production, REAL Trends’ The Thousand ranked Erin Krueger first in Tennessee and 15th in the nation among individual agents by transaction sides. Williamson Scene reported the result on June 26, 2016. At the time she was with Benchmark Realty LLC in Franklin, and the article already referred to The Erin Krueger Team of Benchmark Realty.
Other pages about her repeat this result without its year. This profile gives it only as a dated result: a 2016 ranking of an individual agent, based on 2015 production, and not a measure of the team today.
2020: The Thousand, as a medium-sized team
Inman reported on June 19, 2020 that the 2020 REAL Trends + Tom Ferry The Thousand rankings, which measured 2019 production, listed the Erin Krueger Team at Compass third in the country in the category Inman labeled “Medium agent team: transaction sides.” That is the source of the “3rd nationally” result. 2019 was the team’s first full year at Compass. By the 2026 program, RealTrends placed the team in its Large Team class.
How to confirm the 2026 ranking
The ranking can be confirmed on the public RealTrends Verified 2026 profile linked above, without relying on this page. The profile should name the Erin Krueger Team, Compass, Nashville, TN, and label it a Large Team. Under the heading “Verified Performance Based On 2025 Sales Data,” it should show City Volume Rank 1, State Volume Rank 3 and National Volume Rank 67, each within the Large Team class, with an Average Home Price of $1.60M. If the class, the program year or the sales year on the page differs from those, it is not the result cited here.
Two cautions apply to what the profile shows. First, it describes one calendar year, 2025, and a new RealTrends program will replace it. Second, the ranks and the average are RealTrends’ figures for the team, measured under RealTrends’ method. They are not the same measure as a market statistic from a REALTOR association, and should not be combined with one.
Luxury listings and market commentary in the press
Rankings measure a year of production. The press shows the properties. The outlets below named Erin personally, as a listing agent or as a quoted source on the Nashville luxury market. Each row gives the date, the outlet, the property type and place, the price the outlet reported and Erin’s role as the outlet gives it. The team’s full dated press record, with her speaking and writing, is on In the News.
| Date | Outlet | Property type and place | Price | Erin’s role, as the outlet states it |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| July 30, 2025 | Realtor.com | Chateau-style estate in a gated community, Franklin | $15 million, listing price | Listing agent; quoted on the Nashville luxury market |
| May 1, 2025 | Robb Report | Cortina Farms, a 120-acre estate near Leipers Fork, Franklin | $30 million, listing price | Compass listing agent |
| April 16, 2024 | Robb Report | Tudor estate, Tyne Boulevard, Oak Hill | $9.7 million, listing price | Held the listing, with Gerard Bullock of Compass |
| September 19, 2023 | Mansion Global | Riverside estate of more than 300 acres, Franklin, Williamson County | $38 million, listing price | Listed the estate in spring 2023 (“Agent: Erin Krueger, Compass”) |
| November 4, 2019 | Fox Business | Five-bedroom, 7,308-square-foot home, 869 Battery Lane, Nashville | $3,450,000, listing price | Listing agent |
| April 19, 2019 | Mansion Global | Market commentary, Nashville as a luxury real estate investment market | Not a listing | Quoted as head of the Erin Krueger Team at Compass: “You are seeing stable growth thanks to the Fortune 100 companies moving their talent into the Nashville market.” |
Realtor.com reported in July 2025 that Erin Krueger was the listing agent for a Franklin, Tennessee estate listed at $15 million, and quoted her saying, “Nashville has been undervalued when it comes to the luxury sector for a long time.”
Robb Report reported in May 2025 that Erin Krueger of Compass was the listing agent for Cortina Farms, a 120-acre estate near Leipers Fork, listed at $30 million.
Robb Report reported in April 2024 that Erin Krueger and Gerard Bullock of Compass held the listing for a $9.7 million Tudor estate on Tyne Boulevard in Oak Hill, a property Krueger said was once part of Leland Manor.
Mansion Global reported in September 2023 that Erin Krueger of Compass listed a $38 million riverside estate of more than 300 acres in Franklin, Tennessee.
Fox Business featured 869 Battery Lane in Nashville in November 2019, a five-bedroom, 7,308-square-foot home listed at $3,450,000 by listing agent Erin Krueger.
In April 2019, Mansion Global quoted Erin Krueger, head of the Erin Krueger Team at Compass, on Nashville as a luxury real estate investment market, where she said, “You are seeing stable growth thanks to the Fortune 100 companies moving their talent into the Nashville market.”
These are press-reported listings and press-reported quotes, each dated to the day the outlet published it. They are not sale results, each price shown is the listing price the outlet reported at the time, and each listing row describes the property as the outlet reported it on that date, not its status today.
How Erin came to Nashville real estate
Erin has told her own story in interviews and in the description of her book, and the version here stays with what she has said.
She grew up on a farm near Philadelphia. “I grew up on a farm so my parents always just bought property and I always thought that was really cool from an investment point of view,” she told WSMV in April 2021.
The page for her book describes the loss that shaped what came next. Erin lost both of her parents “in an unspeakable tragedy just before graduating college.” The book’s own description starts there, and what it goes on to describe is what she chose to build afterward: resilience, growth and purpose rather than heartbreak.
She moved to Nashville in 2003 for a job in advertising and marketing, WSMV reported, after a professional trip to the city and an $80 cab ride to Franklin. Her page on this site describes that early career as advertising and marketing work that included negotiating licensing contracts. She told Nashville Voyager in 2021 that a children’s toy company recruited her and that she negotiated deals with Marvel and Disney.
She earned her real estate license at 24 while still working in advertising, and told WSMV she never planned to use it. A turn at work changed her direction, and she went into real estate full time.
The marketing background is the part of that history her own page puts first when it describes how she works today: it says her marketing expertise allows her to position properties locally, nationally and globally. Positioning a property is a marketing question before it is a real estate one, and that is the lens she brings to it.
From solo agent to team leader
Erin founded The Erin Krueger Team in 2015, according to WSMV. The 2016 REAL Trends result was earned on her 2015 production at Benchmark Realty LLC in Franklin, the same year the team began.
On December 18, 2018, Inman reported that Erin was taking her six licensed agents and three administrators to Compass that week. The team has been at Compass since, and the 2020 result from The Thousand, on 2019 production, came from its first full year there.
By the RealTrends Verified 2026 program, the team sat in the Large Team class of 11 to 20 licensed agents. The current roster, with each member’s role, is on the Meet the Team page. Among the roles named on the members’ own pages: Sarah Daskam is Director of Operations, Jen Kasick is the Listing Partner, and Molly Parsons is Marketing Manager.

How the team is organized
The team’s site organizes its work by the kind of client, and each part has its own page. The descriptions below are the pages’ own.
Sellers
The Selling Your Home page covers the listing side and links to a home valuation request. The mechanics of a 2026 Nashville sale, including pricing against the 2025 reappraisal, what it costs to close, and what Tennessee requires a seller to disclose, are set out in Selling a Home in Nashville: The Complete 2026 Guide to Pricing, Costs, and Timing.
Builders and developers
The Builders and Developers page states that the team works with developers, investors and builders of all sizes in Downtown Nashville and in neighboring counties, and that it can be involved in every step from floor plan creation to design selections, or brought in only for sales and marketing. How a developer should evaluate a sales and marketing team for a project is covered in How to Choose a Sales and Marketing Team for Your Development in Nashville.
Investors
The Investor Division page states that it serves investors anywhere from a small investor buying one to two homes a year to a large investor buying multiple homes a month. The Metro permit rules that govern short-term rental investment are set out in Nashville Short-Term Rental Rules and Investment Guide 2026.
Luxury
In the RealTrends Verified 2026 rankings, based on 2025 sales, The Erin Krueger Team at Compass had a 2025 average sale price of $1.60 million. The dated press table above gives luxury listings that outlets have reported under Erin’s name, and her market commentary, each with its outlet, its date and her role as the outlet gives it. The estate and penthouse tier of the market is covered in Nashville Luxury Real Estate: The Estate and Penthouse Guide 2026, and the downtown towers in Downtown Nashville Condos and High-Rises: The Complete Guide 2026.
Education and license
Her Compass profile lists an MBA from University of Maryland University College. The same profile lists a Bachelor of Science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
Her Tennessee real estate license number is 309197, as shown in the listing data on her Compass profile. Anyone can look up a Tennessee real estate license, including its type and status, through the state’s license verification service at verify.tn.gov.
Capture the Culture

Erin is the author of Capture the Culture: The Proven Plan to Rise Above the Challenges, Build a Powerhouse Team, and Take Your Business to the Next Level, published by Ethos Collective on March 14, 2025 (ISBN 9781636804569). It is a leadership book rather than a real estate guide. Its own page addresses it to managers, team leaders, business owners and entrepreneurs, and sums up its approach in three phrases: build intentionally, nurture consistently, and monitor actively.
The book’s page says it is meant to help a reader do three things:
- Identify their business culture and the values that will help them rise above their challenges.
- Learn how to hire and build a team that multiplies their productivity.
- Create an atmosphere of respect and authenticity where everyone feels valued and empowered.
Its argument is that great culture does not happen by chance, and that it takes ongoing commitment, clear purpose and genuine leadership to build an environment where everyone feels part of the mission. The companion site, capture-the-culture.com, carries tools for applying the book. The same subject runs through Culture Academy, Erin’s leadership program for real estate team leaders, which offers a course called The Culture-Driven Team Leader.
Speaking, writing and podcasts
TEDxFranklin
Erin’s TEDxFranklin talk, “How One Dance Inspired a Business Built on Belonging,” was published on the TEDx Talks YouTube channel on May 28, 2026. Her page describes it as the personal story that changed her view of leadership, culture and human connection: “an unexpected experience at a dance in a barn” that became the foundation for building a business where people feel seen, valued and inspired to thrive. The question the talk asks is whether the key to building a successful business is belonging, rather than strategy, systems or sales.
Writing
She wrote “3 Secrets to Building an Unstoppable Team Culture” for Inman, published May 1, 2025.
