The Erin Krueger Team is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team that shapes our team’s marketing and branding projects, from concepts and development through implementation and tracking. When our marketing excels then our Team does. The Marketing Coordinator will directly manage all marketing efforts for The Erin Krueger Team. As a Marketing Coordinator you’ll be helping out across the team to enhance our presence across all multimedia channels, including our social media platforms and our email marketing platform. This position plays a significant role in the marketing strategy, ensuring consumers receive consistent messaging.

We’re looking for a self-motivated, tech savvy, forward thinker who thinks outside of the box. This individual should be open-minded, creative, organized, detail oriented and a team player able to handle many diverse projects at once and meet tight deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience with a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, advertising, branding, digital marketing, video-editing, photography and social media.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Manage all internal and external marketing efforts
• Manage social media accounts - Instagram, Facebook & YouTube
• Write copy for social media content and company wide collateral & research content for social media posting
• Take photos/edit to capture content for social media and other platforms
• Manage website and all future updates
• Manage the creation and distribution of external eblast campaigns
• Edit videos and creation of reels
• In charge of print ads for branding/listings
• Write blog posts
• Handle client mailers & events
• Create brochures & keynote presentations for listings
• Assist with signage placement for listings
• Drum up creative ideas for team photoshoots - location & styling
• Reliable Transportation

EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• 1-3 years of Marketing experience
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Reliable & loyal
• Meticulous attention to detail and highly organized
• Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
• Photography and video editing skills is a plus
• Proficient in social media/online marketing platforms
• Working knowledge of creative programs such as Canva
• Ability to work independently, taking ownership over projects
• Impeccable time management and prioritization skills
• Excellent writing and grammar skills
• Experience working in real estate marketing, and/or at a luxury brand is a big plus
• Proficient in the suite of office tools from Apple, Google and Microsoft (Ex. Keynote, Docs & Excel)
