Job Description:
- Collaborate with the Marketing Coordinator on content planning and assist with content management.
- Research and write engaging copy for social media posts and company-wide collateral
- Monitor and manage social media activity and engagement
- Assist with marketing training and social media workshops for agents
- Utilize resources independently to support the team
- Assist with various real estate needs within the team
- Create content for Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
- Bonus: Video editing skills are a plus!

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Work closely with homebuyers to understand their needs and guide them through each step of the buying process
- Actively engage and work your sphere of influence to build relationships and generate new business
- Show properties, write offers, and assist with negotiations under the guidance of experienced team members
- Collaborate with our team to ensure clients receive outstanding service from start to finish
- Provide world-class customer service with a commitment to putting clients first
- Host weekend open houses to generate leads and connect with potential buyers
- Participate in consultations with clients to discover their property desires
- Analyze clients’ needs and match them with appropriate homes
- Guide buyers throughout the home buying journey from start to finish
- Schedule property showings for clients
- Provide unbiased representation to buyers
- Respond promptly to buyer client phone calls, emails, and texts
- Learn and utilize real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
- Maintain reliable transportation for client appointments and showings
- Assist other agents on the team as needed to support overall team success and client satisfaction
- Attend regular team meetings/training and educational classes
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- A newly licensed agent or someone with up to 1-3 years of experience
- Strong communication skills, a client-first mindset, and a collaborative team player
- Willingness to learn, take direction, and grow within a high-performing real estate team
- Go-getter attitude with a strong sense of urgency and responsiveness
- Professional in appearance and conduct
- Enthusiastic with excellent interpersonal and people skills
- Driven to provide excellent service and achieve continuous growth
REQUIREMENTS:
- A valid Real Estate License (or soon-to-be licensed)
- A positive attitude is essential
- Successfully closed residential sales are a plus
