Christmas at Gaylord Opryland

 

Gaylord Opryland is a must see, especially, during the Christmas season. There is something for everyone with over 17 hours of activities. One of the main attractions are the millions of Christmas lights which result in acres of festive display around the resort. Something new they are offering this year is the one of a kind “Mission: Save Christmas featuring Elf,”  this experience allows you to step into the world of Buddy the Elf. From holiday shows to a gingerbread decorating corner Gaylord Opryland is a must see for you and your family. Country Music Hall of Fame 

Country Music Hall of Fame the perfect place to share with family to show off what Nashville has to offer. The Country Music Hall of Fame is currently featuring exhibits including “Martina Mcbride: The power of her voice” and “American Currents.” When at the Country Music Hall of Fame you are able to dive into the history behind country music. Downtown Franklin

If you are looking to get away from the city’s hustle and bustle just a quick drive from downtown you’ll find the historic Franklin, Tennessee. Franklin is the perfect place for a day out with the fam. It features a mixture of shopping, entertainment, and local restaurants. During the holiday season you will have the opportunity to see the gorgeous Christmas tree in the town square. If you are looking for a place to grab lunch Meridee’s is great go to. It has an array of deli and comfort food and don’t forget to grab one of their decadent baked goods on your way out! Grand Ole Opry

 

Another Nashville classic is the Grand Ole Opry, while the family is in town it will be the perfect place to catch a show or tour of the Opry House. It is known as “The True Home of Country Music.”  They pride themselves on showcasing the past, present and future of country music. Predators Game 

With their season in full swing, what is a better way to experience some Nashville culture? A Predator’s game is the perfect fun family activity! They play their home games at the Bridgestone Arena centrally located on Broadway so you can continue your night out after the game. Don’t forget to pick up some awesome Preds gear!
