Autumn is finally here & with it, a whole new list of fun things to do in Nashville. We’ve put together some of our favorite fall festivities in Middle Tennessee that are perfect for celebrating the change of season!

Cheekwood Harvest

September 17- October 30

Cheekwood Estate & Gardens puts on arguably one of the best fall displays in Middle Tennessee. The various types of trees changing colors and dropping leaves throughout the property will bring your autumn dreams to life. The scenery around pumpkin village is the perfect fall photo op! Cheekwood also offers activities and experiences that are designed for kids, adults, and families. But if you’re specifically looking for adult fun, their beer garden hosts live performances throughout the season that make Cheekwood the place to be!

Honeysuckle Hill Farm Fall Festival

Just north of Nashville in Springfield, Tennessee you will find Honeysuckle Hill Farm’s Fall Festival, Middle Tennessee’s largest outdoor Halloween attraction. Covering over 200 acres of land, the farm offers a pumpkin patch, Nashville’s Music City Corn Maze & a zip line adventure park. This is a fall event you don’t want to miss.

Arrington Vineyards

Arrington Vineyards is a year-round gem in Tennessee, but the fall is especially beautiful. You can enjoy the changing leaves of the beautiful trees surrounding the property while indulging in wine tastings and snacks. Feel free to bring your favorite picnic blanket and lounge on the hillside that overlooks the stunning vineyards & Tennessee landscape. Through October, Arrington also provides food trucks and free live music with no reservations or tickets needed. Plan your visit now to this dreamy winery.

Gaylord Opryland’s Goblins & Giggles

September 10 – October 31

From the Jack O’Lantern Walk to the Haunted Hidden Treasure Escape Room, Gaylord Opryland offers fun for all ages during their seasonal Goblins & Giggles activities. The best part about Opryland is that you don’t have to book a room to enjoy all there is to love about the hotel. Kids of all ages will enjoy participating in the Hide and Seek Scavenger Hunt & Frightfully Fun Zone. On Friday & Saturday nights, they also host a Trick or Treat Expedition throughout the gardens to collect some sweet treats. This event is a must-do for families!

Wilson Family Farm

September 24 – October 30

You don’t want to miss family fun at the picturesque Wilson Family Farm in College Grove. Their 1902 farmhouse and event barn are the perfect backdrops for a day of autumnal bliss. You will get the opportunity to visit their pumpkin patch, go on a hayride, and even launch a pumpkin out of their pumpkin cannon! Disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the city and escape to a simpler time where you can enjoy some fresh kettle corn and frolic through the sunflower field.

Of course, the list could go on when it comes to fun fall things to do in Nashville, but these hot spots are a great place to start the fall season!
