A new location for the very-popular Franklin restaurant, The Rutledge is set to open in 2022 in the heart of Downtown. The Rutledge provides a new experience to a modern, American grill; the upbeat vibe of the restaurant makes for a comfortable place to share drinks and food. Guests can enjoy their time with a charcuterie board, sip on a honey lemon margarita, or dive into their signature lobster roll. The exquisite menu has a little bit of everything to choose from, so you’re sure to find something you love. Plus, who doesn’t love a happy hour? The Rutledge offers Happy Hour every Monday – Friday from 3-6pm. Steal of a deal if you ask me! Not only does the restaurant provide food and services, it also showcases featured pieces from artists such as Terry O’Neill, Alec Monopoly, and more! Fine dining at its best. We are already clearing our weekends for a night out to the Rutledge.

A 2022 transformation you’ll have to see to believe! What was once a car wash is now a luxurious food hall. The Wash is an open-bay food hall that features six restaurants to please the crowds. If you need a lunch spot or a dinner date, the Wash might be the perfect place! With endless options to choose from, the food hall will offer cuisine from East Side Pho, Soy Cubano, Tootsie Lou’s Tacos, and more! We all know Nashville has its way with food and this is one we are excited to check out.
Vintage Edge | 2022 | 5833 Nolensville Pike
Amazon has provided a variety of services to people all over the world and now, it’s expanding to Music City! Amazon’s Operations Center of Excellence will open fully in 2023. Until then, Vintage Edge, a multi-purpose establishment, provides locals with a new atmosphere and experiences. Electric vehicle charging stations and a Red Bicycle coffee shop are just a couple of examples of the options available when you stop at the Vintage Edge. In addition, there will be 17 private office spaces for entrepreneurs. The leasing office space will have access to additional amenities such as conference rooms, a fitness center, and pool. Working from home may have been a nice break, but this place makes going back to work worth it!
BNA Vision | 2022-2023 | 1 Terminal Drive
Our wonderful BNA airport is currently under renovation to become more efficient and create a better experience for all. The BNA Vision is an initiative to maintain a world-class facility for the future of Music City. In addition, the renovations come at no cost to Tennessee taxpayers! Nashville knows that travel days can be stressful, but their newest addition includes more security screening lanes, extra space in terminal lobbies, a parking garage at Terminal 1, and more to help make your time here as smooth as possible. The BNA Vision is also hoping to have a hotel expansion, international arrivals facility, a new BNA entrance, and a marketplace by 2023. BNA is a huge aspect to many of our travel plans and the renovations in progress make for a more enjoyable travel experience. Thank you, Nashville!

The Whataburger franchise hopes to open 7 more locations in Middle Tennessee. The Texas native chain is one of the most popular fast food places in the South.
