Our team is creative, works tirelessly and is motivated to deliver the very best service to our clients. Team Lead Erin Krueger is ranked No. 1 in Tennessee and No. 15 in the nation for selling 344 homes by an agent in 2015, over 350 homes in 2016 and nearly 400 homes in 2017.  Erin was also named as the 2016, 2017, & 2018 Top Selling Agent for a Team by the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors. These achievements would not have been possible without an extremely talented supporting cast.

Our team prides itself on providing the highest level of service to our clients and fellow agents. We strive for a seamless experience and work very hard to ensure that each transaction runs smoothly. Team Lead

With over 13 years of experience in Nashville’s real estate market, Erin Krueger brings wide-ranging knowledge and expertise to her clients. She originally began her career in advertising and marketing negotiating licensing contracts with New York City-based companies. Erin’s executive level experience in corporate advertising and marketing has been instrumental in positioning her and her team as leaders within the Middle Tennessee Real Estate arena. Erin has been ranked #1 in TN and #15 in the Nation for selling the most homes. She then parlayed that success into growing a thriving real estate team. Currently, her team is nationally ranked in the top 200 teams in the country. She has been honored with top sales awards within her associations and industry and has sold over half a billion dollars in real estate in her career. In 2018, her team sold over 450 homes and nearly $120 million in real estate.

Erin is hands on and involved in all aspects and day to day operations with buyers and sellers. Her leadership includes developing and executing team strategy, managing day-to-day operations, and overseeing the comprehensive team collaboration with every buyer and seller represented. When you meet her, you know you are in good hands. She is extremely diligent and exact in her standards and her knowledge of the market. Erin lives in Franklin with her family.


Buyer’s Agent & Transaction Manager

Georgia was born and raised in south west Florida. After attending the University of South Florida she lived in Tampa until moving to Nashville 25 years ago.  She began her real-estate career in 2007 and knows all about incredible customer service. She works with The Erin Krueger Team by insuring that each transaction is completed quickly and effortlessly for all of our buyers and sellers.  Her organization is top notch and she makes every client feel like family. Georgia is a hockey enthusiast, a mother of two and has a heart for yoga and fitness.


Buyer’s Agent, ABR, Investor Relations

Joyce is a full service Realtor with 20+ years of experience and no stranger to the fluctuation of the real estate industry. She specializes in residential, investor relations and new construction sales.  Her passion for real-estate is evident the moment you meet her. She specializes in locating  those hard to find properties. Joyce uses her knowledge and expertise of the local area to help clients find the perfect home to suit their needs. With her professionalism and strong communication skills, she strives to make the process of finding and buying a home an easy and enjoyable one! Joyce is extremely enthusiastic and loves living in Brentwood while enjoying family, friends and hiking at area parks.


Buyer’s Agent, CNE, ABR, Investor Relations Manager

In 2007, the Mercer University graduate relocated to Nashville in pursuit of a Master’s degree, met her husband, and settled in to the Music City. With a Master’s of Arts from Belmont University, Meg brings with her an outstanding reputation for quality work. Having worked in real estate since 2014 Meg’s attention to detail and market knowledge are top notch. She is an established writer and is in the process of completing her first novel. She loves animals and enjoys living in the Nashville area with her husband, 3 cats, and 2 dogs.

Originally from the Windy City, Cat stems from the financial planning and wealth management industry. Formerly a Division I athlete and graduate of Loyola University-Chicago, Cat comes equipped with an extensive knowledge in business, marketing and communications. She firmly believes in upholding a high level of integrity in business practices, client interactions and professional dealings. Cat’s variety of experience has given her a unique perspective and set of skills that serves our clients as well as the real estate industry. Cat’s ultimate goal is to build meaningful relationships and make a profound impact in the world.  She currently resides in Franklin with her husband and their beautiful daughter.


Buyer’s Agent

Erika is originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She comes with 3 years of real estate experience having worked in a facet of real estate roles in Nashville, she brings a background in construction and lead generation to the team. Outside of her passion for real estate, Erika has a passion for health and wellness. When she’s not assisting the team or buyers, you can find her on her yoga mat and teaching yoga around Nashville. She brings a positive attitude to the team and with every client she works with. Erika’s ultimate goal is to build mindful relationships and make every experience for our clients as seamless and enjoyable as possible.


Buyer’s Agent

Laura’s family purchased their home from Erin in 2007 and has lived in the Nashville area ever since. In 2017, she graduated Magna Cum Laude from Austin Peay State University with a major in Political Science and minor in Business Administration. After working with the Erin Krueger Team through college she fell in love with real estate and received her license in 2019. Laura’s organization skills, positive attitude, and prior work experience with the team made her transition seamless.


Buyer’s Agent

A native of Tennessee, Christy relocated to Nashville in 2010 from West Tennessee. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from The University of Memphis, Christy knows the value of teamwork and the reward of helping others. With nine years of real estate experience, Christy has developed a passion for finding her clients the perfect home. She believes in the power of listening to her clients and listening for even the smallest details to find the perfect match for clients’ real estate needs. Christy loves living in Franklin with her husband and three daughters.

Loren Murphy – REALTOR®
Buyer’s Agent

A Memphis native, Loren moved to Nashville in 2006 after graduating from the University of Memphis with a degree in communications. After almost 13 years of experience in the wine and spirits trade she decided to pursue a career path in real estate. Loren is passionate about people and community. She loves connecting with clients and is committed to providing an exceptional experience. Loren lives in West Nashville with her sweet pup, Monty. She enjoys all things food, hiking, gardening, and travel!




Originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Sarah relocated to Nashville in 2016. Formerly a Division 1 athlete and graduate from Loyola University Chicago with a Bachelors degree in Communications. She joins the team with over 6 years of administrative experience. Sarah’s organization skills, hard work, and prior work experience will make her transition seamless. She currently resides in Thompson’s Station with her husband and two children. 


Marketing Coordinator

Mindy, a professional photographer, brings an artistic, fresh and current element to all of our team marketing efforts. She is incredibly detailed and her work is impeccable. Mindy currently lives in Franklin with her husband and son.
